Abstract - The work is devoted to investigation of the algorithms for the automated determination of web-based information resources rating. It is based on the analysis of changes in the algorithms of search engines search queries results over the past five years. The report also considers the developed technique of the Internet web sites rankings improving.

l. Introduction

Important stage in the development process of new web resources aimed to involve wide audience is increasing ratings in the global network. In most projects, this stage is a crucial criterion for the web-sites success.

ll. Main Part

‒ Duplication of information should be partially or completely declined.There are a set of recommendations that help to significantly increase ranking and attract more visitors:

‒ The maximum of users should be allowed to generate site content by themselves (with the appropriate level of moderation). Such approach will significantly increase a site's rating in search systems and will provide Internet resources external citation.

‒ It is advisable to implement a user-friendly URL technology to increase the pages weight in search engines.

‒ Do not use any prohibited methods of advertising and increasing of sites rating, that were implemented in JavaScript, etc.

‒ It is preferable to completely decline the banner advertising in favor of the teasers.

‒ It is rational to use lease links in content instead of the directory services and bulletin boards.

lll. Conclusion

In the paper the technique that consist of the set of recommendations allowing significantly increase Internet resources rank is considered. The experimental results of this work is shown in the Table 1.
